What does "accepted" mean?
When an agent or landlord responds positively to your application — for example, a viewing invitation or request to proceed. We notify you immediately; you choose whether to continue with that property.
Can I control what gets sent?
Yes. You set your profile, criteria, and introduction. You can review and edit your default message template, and pause auto-apply anytime. You always decide what happens after an acceptance.
What happens after I create my profile?
We monitor matching listings and submit applications in the background. You don't need to do anything until a property accepts you — then we notify you and you decide whether to accept or decline and continue.
Can I cancel when I find a place?
Absolutely. Cancel anytime from your account — no questions asked. Most renters cancel as soon as they sign a lease.
